How users are counted. Each person on your team uses one user. Photographers who shoot more than one camera can be given an additional FTP login per body — each camera uploads to its own gallery while sharing that photographer's templates and Quick Text. Every additional FTP login counts as a user on your plan, so a photographer with an in-hand camera and a remote uses two. Deactivating a login you're no longer using frees it back up.
