The call What we'll cover

The two products solve different halves of the same deadline. One is a cloud pipeline your whole team shares; the other is a local app on your own machine. You don't have to know which you need before the call — sorting that out is most of what the call is for.

DeadlineFTP
Camera to gallery, live
A frame goes from the camera's FTP transmitter into the web gallery while you watch — then straight to a remote editor and the Connect desktop app. This is the one for teams, wire work, and anyone editing from somewhere other than where the photos are being shot.
Deadline Editor
Import, cull, tone, deliver
The full desktop pass on macOS, iPad and iPhone — import from any source, cull, crop, tone with curves and a live histogram, caption, and send it out without leaving the app. Fully local: no cloud, no telemetry, works on a hotel Wi-Fi that barely exists.
Both products
Metadata and delivery
XMP templates, Quick Text, roster-driven captions from jersey numbers, and voice-memo transcription straight into the caption field — then delivery out to a client's FTP, SFTP or cloud destination with credit and copyright already filled in. Both products share this, and we'll show it in each.
Your workflow
Which one you actually need
Turn up with nothing prepared. Tell us how you shoot on the call and we'll say whether that's one product, both, or a case where Deadline isn't the right fit. Comparing them side by side first? See the feature comparison.
Schedule Pick a time

Name and email, nothing else — no questionnaire to get through first. You'll get a calendar invite with a video link straight away, and you can reschedule or cancel from it in one click.
